Farewell to Carol
Monday, December 21 2020Our Learning for Life Village is made up of wonderful people from the children/families, staff and supporters. We are saying farewell one of our long-term loyal staff members, Carol Barclay, our Office Manager who is an integral part of our team and has been serving our community for 11 years.
Carol is retiring and we wish her all the best. Carol came to us from Autism Victoria (now Amaze) and brought a wealth of knowledge with her. She has held the role of Office Manager during this time and anyone contacting Learning for Life for any reason would have crossed paths with her as she kept our office running smoothly.
Carol has always worked quietly supporting our mission and we will be forever grateful to her for staying on to support us through this difficult year. Carol has a sparkle in her eyes every time one of the L4Life children enter the Centre – she loves seeing them progress and they love her interest and care for them.
A special farewell gift for Carol – made by L4Life’s Patron Amanda Sampson.
We will miss Carol. She will continue in the office in early 2021 helping us transition to the next stage of L4Life Office life.
A heartfelt thanks for all your work over the years, Carol. Enjoy your retirement, from the Board, Staff, Families and L4Life Village.
