Chair, Director, Co-founder,  and Fundraising Coordinator (honorary), with over 20 years experience in Melbourne’s ASD community.

Boroondara Volunteer of the Year Award (2012), KVF Jubb Community Achievement Award (2013), Medal of the Order of Australia (general division) for service to people with disabilities and their families (2014). Mary is married to Tom Gleisner, is a retired veterinarian and they have two children. Her interests are music, pets and dancing. She has worked with the Autism Behavioural Intervention Association as a past Board Member and is a current member of the ABA Today conference committee.

Patron and Co-founder of L4Life. A professional screen-writer, Tom is a member of Working Dog Productions, a film and television company based in Melbourne. In 2018, Tom was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for his service to television as a writer, producer, actor and presenter, as well as for his work with children with autism and cancer. He is married with two children and boasts over 23 Facebook friends.

Mandy is mother to Angus Hale, a young man with Autism who under went a four year ABA program in the 1990’s. Mandy was instrumental in bringing ABA to Melbourne. She Co-founded the Autism Behavioural Intervention Association, was the Inaugural president (1996-1998) and held several positions of office since that time. She currently continues her medical practice at City Imaging on a part time basis.

She is married to Dr Lyndon Hale (MBBS, FRANZCOG, CREI) with whom she Co-founded Victorian ABA Providers (1995) and the Life Endowment fund (2010). They have three adult children. She enjoys creating art glass, gardening, farming, walking and her family and friends.

Treasurer with 15 years strategic business consulting experience, including Andersen Consulting and BearingPoint UK and Australia (formerly KGMG Consulting). Melanie is also on the board for the Autism Behavioural Intervention Association (ABIA) and was L4Life’s Chief Executive Officer as a volunteer from 2011 through 2015. She is married with three children and enjoys tennis, walking her two dogs and being surrounded by family and friends.

Over 20 years experience in governance, policy and stakeholder engagement. Sonia is committed to meaningful stakeholder engagement and reaching outcomes that are customer focussed, and she is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Sonia is married with one child and two step-children and loves spending time with family and good friends.

L4Life Co-founder and Executive Officer with over 20 years of experience in ABA therapy delivery and therapist team management/development.

Pam arrived in Australia in 1997 to deliver ABA programs to families in Victoria who had no other access to ABA. She has also delivered ABA therapy and supervision for over 30 families in Queensland as well as training therapists through supervisory levels.
